I brought my 2024 RAV4 Limited in for its six month service. During my check-in with Cirri I mentioned that I had an oil drip that I would like checked. Less than an hour later I was called by a differ service. During my check-in with Cirri I mentioned that I had an oil drip that I would like checked. Less than an hour later I was called by a different service writer to check out. During his explanation of my service I asked about the oil leak and he said there wasn't one. This morning I checked in my garage and there was a drip or two of lubricant on the floor. This means that I will have to make an additional trip in for service! More
I am a recent widow and my husband always took care of our cars. I came in on a recall, Auto Butler service and maintenance, which was just a tire rotation and check up. I asked the service employee to have a cabin air filter installed and that was it. I get a text telling me I need new tires for over $1100 and about a $1000 more in other maintenance jobs due to my mileage which I refused. I will get other quotes and suggestions before I do anything like that More
Long wait! The dealership was full of people waiting. They all seemed to have waited for hours already. I expected the first time I came to the dealership after I bought the new car there that I would have good service. I arrived 9:30 for a routine first 5000 mile check up and I said there was a little sound from the right side of my new car. Wonder if they could have a look at it? It was 11;30 when they called me that the care is done. Christine was very nice and polite. When I finally picked up the ticket and went outside to get the car, all the gentlemen with while shirts on were running around. I stood for a while, Christine finally came to get the car for me. I appreciated that. I believe new car customers may be should have a little better service. Sitting in the waiting lounge, I visited with other customers who bought a used car in another dealership and was having the same service like everybody else. Interesting dealership philosophy! I will recommend all my friends who have an old Toyota come to Deluca for service! More
