I set my appointment date and at 9 30 , on the day I arrived on time met with a greeter who then took me to the service writer Layla Glenn who promptly readied the service forms I signed in and agreed arrived on time met with a greeter who then took me to the service writer Layla Glenn who promptly readied the service forms I signed in and agreed to a car wash that was it I waited approx. an hour and was finished.
