Got me in on time and back out quickly. All services performed. I do a little test to make sure my tires were rotated. I put 1 spot of white out on each rear tire. The reason I do this is because when I had a Nissan Pathfinder and took it to the dealer for service, twice they tried to charge me 20 dollars to rotate my tires when they did not rotate my tires. The proof was my little white spots on the tires. I don't like dealerships that you can't see into the service area. I also have a Kia Sorrento. When I take it to the dealer for service, they have a large window that looks out into the service area. Keeps everyone on their best behavior. Deluca did a great job. job More

My experience was pretty good. Everyone was really nice. This is the first brand new car ever purchased so when my window panels fell off on day three, I was super unhappy. They are being replaced but the product is on back order so who knows how long I'll be driving my car looking this way. I was a little disappointed in the "detail" they provide their vehicles... mine had a huge BOOGER STASH in the crack of the driver seat... yes, you read that correctly. The previous owner was picking their nose and wiping their boogers in between the seat any the center console. The younger guy helping us was really nice and informative - he was training and I was surprised how knowledgeable he was. Overall, I do love my car minus the lack of cleanliness and not being able to drive through a car wash until my window pieces are replaced :( I will say - anytime someone I know (family, friends) ask why my windows are like this on a brand new car my response is "Couldn't tell ya"... so the word of mouth doesn't make you guys look the best. I recommend doing a little more due diligence with your vehicle inspections and fixing any issues PRIOR to selling it to someone else. Also, your detail department needs to greatly up their game. A booger stash for 45k, really? I put in a ticket last Friday - it's Tuesday the following week and still haven't heard from anyone. So that's cool. More

Took my vehicle in for my windshield wipers not working. They allegedly opened it up and told me it would be 1000 to fix it.
