The service was fast and thorough but MAKING THE APPOINTMENT was a real "Hassle". I tried to call on the phone and couldn't get through.....I did a "chat" with the service dept "on-line" TWICE and APPOINTMENT was a real "Hassle". I tried to call on the phone and couldn't get through.....I did a "chat" with the service dept "on-line" TWICE and that didn't work because I was told that someone would call me back and they never did!! This problem needs to be corrected! More
