Mr. Greene was very efficient in getting the paperwork completed. This included the recall work that I hadn't mentioned when I made the reservation for the service work. Since this was a major maintenan completed. This included the recall work that I hadn't mentioned when I made the reservation for the service work. Since this was a major maintenance visit, i.e. 60,000 miles, he advised me that it would take a while to do all the filters and the oil and tire rotation. Added to that was the recall for the computer adjustment. During the work he stopped by several times to tell me of the status of the work and that he was following to make sure it was done quickly. He explained all that was included in this visit and had the car pulled up next to the drop off area so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain. More

Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and friendly. Brenan had shown me the vehicle and took me for a test drive prior to the date of sale.
