I never have to search for my car when the service is finished. Ken makes sure that it's driven right up to me. He explains in detail what has been done and shows me the invoice, the checks, etc. before I sign and initial. It can't get any better than this in my opinion. I always make a reservation with Mr. Green, and together we select a time when the service can be done as quickly as possible. He thinks of EVERYTHING!! More

Soliciting a Survey I was pleased with the service and the repairs and my service advsr was very friendly. I was offered a ride to work, but had one. The work was done earlier than i thought and that is a good thing. The only thing--i don't mind being told that there will be a survey but i find it kind of strange to be told how to answer it. If my service was great, i'd rate it great. If it was poor, i'd rate it as poor. I thought it was weird when i was asked to reply in exceeds expectations all the way down. Thank you. More
Great Job DeLuca We went to DeLuca for our regular check-Up on our Camry. Mr. Rowles checked us in and also pointed out that we had something eating into the filter. He maintained the high quality level of customer service we have come to expect at DeLuca. While we were there we checked with our sales person, Jackson Quisenberry, to see when we could start on changing out our lease that was due to expire in the next few months. After he talked to his supervisors it was agreed that we could turn car in and get a new lease. With the help of Gina, Jackson's assistant, and Mr. Caputo, in the Finance Dept., we were out of the dealership in about two hours in a new lease. This is our 4th sales transaction with DeLuca and all but the one with Mr. Napolitano were handled with high quality professionalism. We have been servicing all our vehicles at DeLuca since we moved here 7 years ago and appreciate the top notch customer service we receive each time we are there. -- Raul and Debby Rodriguez More

Way too much pressure to buy...now! My wife and I were out on our frist day of car shopping for a new SUV. We drove all the other brands, but wanted to save Toyota for last because we have been a Toyota owner for 12 years. My brother had bought a car from Jerry, and he referred us to him. Jerry insinuated that my brother had asked for a $100 referral if we bought a car there. (I called my brother when we left, he said Jerry told him there was a referral, but he never asked for any referral fee.) We drove the car we liked, then say down with Jerry Brigante to go over some numbers. We really had not planned on buying that day, but still listened to Jerry's pitch. When they did not come to the point where we thought a "great" deal could be had, we decided to go home for a couple days and think about it. At this point, Jerry threw his hands in the air and said, "I can't believe we spent all this time, and you are not going to buy a car." At this statement, I was done. In his defense, Jerry and his manager did come to my price, but by then I was done. Sadly, I am now no longer a Toyota owner. More
