He answered all my questions and was very polite and very patient. Though it was very hot and humid he chauffeured me around the car lot looking and explaining about the models I was interested in. On my test drives, with the various models, he explained all differences and demonstrated all the options with extreme professionalism. I can personally say he made my car buying a fun and great experience. Will come back when my husband is ready for his new car. Hope Michael will still be there to help with the purchase. He definitely is an asset to the dealership. P.S. Had to go back to the dealership a couple day's later for some followup minor issues and Mike was right there like he promised to make sure I was taken care of right away. Like promised everything was taken care of and I drove away being a very happy customer again. Hoping all my experiences with your dealership (especially the Service Department) in the future will be just as pleasant. More

Was done in about 1 hour 40 minutes and I was out of there. More

Sales experience with Tim We were treated so nicely by Tim and wish to express how overjoyed I was after he went out to check out our trade-in car. He found a lost diamond and emerald bracelet that I thought was long gone. I didn't know where I had lost it and had looked previously in the seat area and never found the bracelet. Tim was honest enough to return it to me and I can't thank him enough. Upon our arrival to the lot, Tim greeted us and went overboard to try and find just the right vehicle and color and we are very pleased with the outcome. kudos ! to Tim and the whole crew who worked with us.... Execution The last 3 times I have visited this dealership there have been administrative problems. 1st it took over 2 hours to get an oil change done, and I was The last 3 times I have visited this dealership there have been administrative problems. 1st it took over 2 hours to get an oil change done, and I was never called when the vehicle was completed, I made a reservation online for my next visit but when I arrived there was no reservation on there appointment list, they squeezed me in but again the length of service was un acceptable. The last time I called to make an appointment and the phone systems were down for more than 4 hours, I finally got connected and set up through a web conversation with a customer support representative through email. I asking myself why I keep returning, I know why I bought the vehicle from another Toyota Dealer, the sales rep couldn't explain the differences in specs by model. Lot's of work to do here on execution. I know I formerly owned one of the largest Truck dealerships in the Midwest before retirement. You should use the secret shopper concept and constant training with follow up to get the organization in shape. More

They are welcoming, professional, attentive, and let me know exactly what needs to be done. As long as I own this car I'll never consider taking it anywhere else for service!
