Recommended service It was time for my car to have the first service. I went to a dealership in my area with no appointment. They worked me right in. They serviced my car It was time for my car to have the first service. I went to a dealership in my area with no appointment. They worked me right in. They serviced my car, asked me if I would like a complimentary car wash and even told me about a recall that was in place for my car. All of this in less than 2 hours. Poor experience and work not completed To whom it may concern in the Nee Sales, Service and Collersion Departments: I brought my 2018 Camry in for WOU work order on 11/6/17. I purchase my To whom it may concern in the Nee Sales, Service and Collersion Departments: I brought my 2018 Camry in for WOU work order on 11/6/17. I purchase my car on 10/21/17. On delivery of the vehicle it was presented to me with scratches on the right front and rear doors. The salesman, Tim Williams, properly got his Sales Manager, Sam. They apologized for the damaged and inform me they would have the Body Shop fix the problem and complete my other dealer options purchased in finance. I was informed that the Body Shop will call me to setup an appointment to have all the items taken care of in one visit. It took multiple calls and visit to the dealership to get finally setup for an appointment three week later after purchasing the vehicle. Individuals do not return calls propmtly. Today, 11/11/17, I when I went to the dealership to pick up my Camry, the work was incomplete. The scratches were still on the doors and now the pin stripping was bottled. I refused to take the car. I spoke with several individuals - Sam, the sales manager, Steve which was Sam’s manger, Marty, the Asst Manager of the Collision and his manager Nathan. All of them were very sorry for work done on my vehicle and advise the problem would be fixed on Monday, 11/13/17. They will also add an Auto Butler paint treatment for the inconvenience. This was all over being at the dealer 2 hours. After all that, my rental car required maintenance. Instead of swapping other the car for than rental; I had to wait another 45 minutes for the service to be completed (tire rotation). I Do Not Feel this is satisfactory for all my inconvenience. I have had my vehicle for less than a month and it has been at the dealership going on a week and half week now. This experience has made me rethink my decision of purchasing a vehicle from Deluca Toyota and referring any of my family or friends to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. All I kept hearing was this issue was another department’s fault from the day I purchased the vehicle. I work in the Customer Service industry for a mortgage company. I know how important the customer experience and customer service is for customer retention. An unsatisfied customer will result in a loss of business. This entire experience has made me rethink decision in having any future interaction with this dealership and take my business elsewhere. This is very sad because I have been doing business with your dealership for the last four years for all my previous vehicle maintenance. My servicewriter, Joey Donadio, has been Phenomenal. He is honest, trustworthy and never tries to sale me sometime I don’t need. This is one of the main reasons why I remain a local customer but new new vehicle purchase experience has cast a shadow on faith in this dealership. I hope after reading this review, your dealership Reevaluating the handling issues like this for future customers. This should be one point of contact for the customer experience. The individual should taken responsiblity for the matter until it is completed to the customer’s satisfaction. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. More

Excellent Our salesperson, Pamela Robinson, was so knowledgeable about the product. She was able to show us many details and equipment on the Highlander that we Our salesperson, Pamela Robinson, was so knowledgeable about the product. She was able to show us many details and equipment on the Highlander that were what we were looking for in a vehicle. She was patient with us and spent the best part of the day showing us and test driving different vehicles. In the end we were very happy with the whole day and are now loving our Highlander! More

Non-scheduled Service Repair Had to replace my Braking System again after having it replaced in 2014 and it's not a cheap part. Toyota only gurantees their parts for 1 year which is ridiculous. Toyota needs to look into this issue since there are many other people online with this same problem. I don't think a part this important should only last 3.5 years. There needs to be an investigation into this and a recall. More
