15,000 mile service Took my Rav4 in for 15,000 mile service and was greeted by an extremely nice service man. He walked me to the service desk and introduced me to the service writer who was also very pleasant. He then took me to a man who ordered some touch-up paint for me and said when the paint comes in they will call and the collision department will touch up the spot on my hood that was hit by a stone thrown by a dump truck who was passing me on the road. He then took me to the lounge where I sat down and was greeted by a very nice lady, Patricia, who asked if there was anything she could do for me. I told her I would just sit and wait with my iPad for my car to be serviced. She asked me if I would like a tour of the dealership and I happily agreed. She was so kind and nice and pleasant!! Showed me all around, including the putting green upstairs that I had no idea was there. She explained all the awards and about the first Toyota ever built. Said she had worked for Toyota in Venezuela where she came from 3 years ago. When my car was done she walked me to it and saw me off. Greatest team of customer service people I have ever met. Since we recently moved about an hour from the dealership and closer to another one, I was contemplating changing service centers but after this visit, I wouldn't even dream of changing! More

This trip I got my 20,000 mile check up and also complained of a p I truly appreciate how the Service Department is so attentive to my vehicle needs. This trip I got my 20,000 mile check up and also complained of a possible slow leak in a tire. They didn't question it just immediately promised to check it out thoroughly, which they did because the visual inspection showed nothing whereas the tire dunk found a 2 inch piece of drill bit embedded in the tire. The tire got patched and and now I am riding right, still keeping an eye on it but feeling much better. More
