Dead battery, car had to be towed DeLuca Toyota came through with flying colors when I called to say I had a dead battery. I contacted Roadside Assistance and a wrecker came quickly. The towing service was very careful with my car when loading it. I asked the Toyota Service Dept. to also complete the first service (oil change, etc.) at the same time. The next day I was called and set up a time for the courtesy van to transport me to the dealership. The driver was Morris and he was outstanding! Since it was during the corona virus stay at home order I didn't know what to expect. I must say that I had the most interesting conversation with this caring, intelligent man since the "stay at home" order started weeks ago. He is "gold" to the dealership and deserves a raise! The Service Dept., valet staff, Customer Service, and all others were very helpful and provided great customer service. More

Had to edit. Went to Scion and meant for Tundra Limitef I had an unpleasant experience with Village Toyota in Homossassa. I continued my search and found Marc Blackmon at Deluca Toyota in Ocala. Limitef I had an unpleasant experience with Village Toyota in Homossassa. I continued my search and found Marc Blackmon at Deluca Toyota in Ocala. He gave me a great price over the phone and email. Fair might I add. I went to the dealership purchase ready. Because I am me and anxious, I was early. Marc Blackmon was unavailable so I had Stan Lee DeLucia (sorry Stan if I messed that up). We joked as he prepared my purchase. While I waited for the finance guy (Adam Phelps). I was constantly acknowledged to make sure I was being taken care of. I'm sorry I don't remember everybody's name. As I was signing (because it was a good deal and I wanted the vehicle today) an unfortunate accident happened. Again because I'm me, the great vehicle they offered made me want one more. I couldn't take that new vehicle home, so I drove many miles to get another. I could have waited and the great service of the Deluca sales and staff would have found another. I will probably take my new truck to Deluca (instead of Villiage which is closer) to be serviced, because I felt they truly cared. Deluca Toyota truly deserves my business, but I was impatient. Thank you for caring about me as a customer. I'm sorry I did not name everyone. More
