Offenseive behavior We ‘ve purchase 4 vehicles from Deluca Toyota within the last decade, this would’ve been our fifth vehicle. We had a signed offer sheet acknowledging We ‘ve purchase 4 vehicles from Deluca Toyota within the last decade, this would’ve been our fifth vehicle. We had a signed offer sheet acknowledging our 2 trade in vehicles for the 2020 Highlander we were purchasing, made an appointment for the morning of Sunday May 24, 2020 to sign the papers. Had our trade ins cleaned, because that is what considerate people do, arrived at the dealership on Sunday morning at the appointed time. Walked in with our pre-approved bank draft that had been approved for a sum greater than the agreed price. We where met by one of the two very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable salesman we were working with on the deal. He informed us that the new Highlander was being cleaned for us, we sat down with him and signed the papers. After the papers had been signed, we shared with him why one of the vehicles had a special place in our heart, and as such swayed us to return to Deluca and away from another deal. He walked away with signed papers and we sat down to wait for him to return hand us the keys and off we would go in our new Highlander. Instead he returns, looking very embarrassed, dismayed and frankly shocked. He then informed us that the finance guy would not approve the deal. We where under the impression the salesman really did not understand why. He returned our keys and we left in our two vehicles. Fast forward to today Friday May 29, 2020. The only effort to reach out to us, to apologize for the incident and perhaps explain what happened was the salesman. Nothing from the gentleman that approved the original deal or the finance guy that quashed the deal. We felt like we simply were not important enough, worthy enough, to be offered an explanation. To say we were offended is a gross understatement. More

False Advice Deluca Toyota of Ocala, FL tried to trick me into a repair that was totally unnecessary. I found out from my old Toyota dealer that they lied to me. T Deluca Toyota of Ocala, FL tried to trick me into a repair that was totally unnecessary. I found out from my old Toyota dealer that they lied to me. They tried to steal $350.00 from me. I wouldn't buy a car here and I wouldn't service a car here. Once you drop your car off, you are at their mercy. Maybe they are ok for warranty work or insurance work where someone else is paying the bill but when you have to shell out your own money, God help you. They will steal your eyeballs out of your head. It was a very elaborate scheme. Good riddance! More
