I went in today because they are offering a triple double promotion which should have given me an additional $9,000. I found a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. We sat down ran the numbers and for promotion which should have given me an additional $9,000. I found a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. We sat down ran the numbers and for starters they try to rip me off by offering me 35,000 for a fully loaded 2019 ram limited with just 25,866 miles. So what they did was they gave me the $9000 but they lowballed me by over $9000 on my trade-in even though it was in great condition and I’ve only had it for three months. After I left due to the ridiculous offer they called me approximately 20 minutes later claiming that the gentleman who ran my numbers miss staking the vehicle that I drove and they sent me an updated trade in value of 44,000 but they claimed that because my vehicle is on the expensive side that I was not eligible for the $6000 trade-in bonus. In other words it was a total bait and switch/false advertisement situation they had no intention On giving Me the full promotion value and a decent trade-in for me vehicle, they just wanted me in the door and they were going to try/hope that I didn’t notice how the numbers were not adding up. The last time I was at this dealership I had a good experience. But this time around I am very disappointed. It also gets you thinking on how many people that they ripped off and pulled a fast one on what a shame hopefully it was an isolated situation on my end but before you go and sign anything make sure the numbers are correct and you’re not getting ripped off. More

Took my 2006 Highlander with almost 78,000 miles in for service. Victoria, service advisor, and repair technician were very helpful. I had a list of concerns and asked to be called after Highlander had service. Victoria, service advisor, and repair technician were very helpful. I had a list of concerns and asked to be called after Highlander had been checked out. Technician emailed me video showing what should be repaired. Love the new technology! I had no surprises. I also had hand wash/wax and detail inside and out. Repair technician and detail shop complimented me on the condition of my 2006 Highlander. Excellent condition for 15 years old. I am an elderly lady who doesn’t drive much and I’m perfectly happy with my 2006 Highlander. Deluca has always given me excellent service. I highly recommend their service department. Mrs B. More
