They all seem to be happy, smile, and know how to give exceptional customer service. They are not afraid to smile and have a little personality! It is very refreshing as the public can be quite tough to deal with. I would likely not switch from Lexus/Toyota to another car maker but if I ever did, I would still take the vehicle to DeLuca for service. That's how impressive they are. I waited for my vehicle to be while it was being serviced and I actually had to remind myself that I was at a car dealership. A great experience! More
