When I checked in for our 6 month service I was told the service tech would find us when work was finished. Instead they called which went to our home land line , not our cell. I had to check if they lost m service tech would find us when work was finished. Instead they called which went to our home land line , not our cell. I had to check if they lost me. She said they called us. We lost an hour or more due to this screw up. The service tech should have found us as she state at check in. It took a few days of back and forth via text to negotiate what I consider to be a fair deal including my trade. My contact at the dealership was Jeavaun and he was courteous and helpful. I live about 2 hours away but it was worth the drive. They evaluated my trade and gave me the agreed upon price. The 2022 Ford F-150 King Ranch I bought from them was in great condition, as advertised. I would definitely make the long drive again to deal with Deluca Toyota and Jeavaun again. More
