I waited 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change and battery changed. The hood of my car was properly sealed when I left the lot at the stop my car and push the hood down my seats changed and had to readjust al changed. This was my 10,000 mile service on my 2023 RAV 4. Joe did my intake and explained what the service would include. He is an asset to Deluca Toyota because he is very knowledgeable and welcoming and ha Joe did my intake and explained what the service would include. While at the end another service rep explained what had been done to my car, and he was clear and to the point. I did go back and thank Joe for his help. I am VERY satisfied with everyone I have dealt with at Deluca Toyota from my first visit with the sales team to my service appts with the service department.
