I was going to go to 5 Minute Oil Change as I’ve had to do in the past, but tried about service. I tried to call several times but was left on hold. It was agreed I’d come by to drop off my car at 8:30am on Saturday. When I showed up, they didn’t have a record of me bringing my can in for an oil change. They had me check in with Jesus Rodriguez and everything was good from there. More
