On a norm I do not do surveys, but my aggravation prompts me to do this one. On 10-17-24 it took almost 4 hours to have four new tires put on my car. On top of that I had requested Michelin tires as I always me to do this one. On 10-17-24 it took almost 4 hours to have four new tires put on my car. On top of that I had requested Michelin tires as I always have Michelin tires on my cars. I did not look at tires when car was brought to me…..my mistake. On 10-18-24 I noted the tires on my car are not Michelin, but some brand I did not recognize. Looking at my paperwork, it appears Dunlap tires were put on my car. Granted, when given my paperwork I should have looked at the paperwork rather than assuming my request would be honored. Doubt there is any chance of rectifying Deluca not providing requeted tires. On 10-18-24 I called the service department to question why Michelin tires are not on my car. Recording instructed to leave message, which I did….with name, number and reason for my call; requested return call. To date of 10-19-24 I have not received a return call. I have doubts of trusting this dealership in the future and if anyone wants a recommendation of Deluca, definitely not getting a positive one from me. Every business should know word of mouth is important to success. Doubtful this will be posted or even acknowledged. More

My only complaint is the ride service. It has never worked well since you went to the app. I spent 20 minutes waiting for my ride to get my car and had to call only to find out the driver was sitting at the dealership. Despite Cassie having the ride to work and to come back and get my car on my lunch break ahead of time, the app didn't work. She remedied it quickly (not her fault) but again, the process doesn't work--and this isn't the first time. At a previous visit I sat waiting for 30 minutes and the ride never showed so I got a fellow employee to take me. That is why you got 4 stars instead of 5. More
