My daughter was in the market for a new vehicle and was very interested in the Hyundai Elantra. Fred Perlmutter test drove with us explaining the different features on the vehicles depending on the package selected which made our decision making very easy and well informed. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted Fred Perlmutter was able to get the figures together in minutes and soon we were on the road. I am a 67 year old man that has purchased many new cars for myself, my wife and three daughters. This purchase experience was the best I have ever had. I was greeted by Mr. Lakovic when I entered the dea for myself, my wife and three daughters. This purchase experience was the best I have ever had. I was greeted by Mr. Lakovic when I entered the dealership. He asked how can I help you. I explained that I currently have a Genesis in their shop for a recall repair and I wanted to look into the possibility of leasing a new 2014 Genesis. I had a few months left on my current lease. At this point I expected to hear "what can I do to get you to buy a car today". But to my pleasant surprise he said no problem, I will take down some information and get back to you with our best offer. After a couple of minutes he came back to me with a lease price that included everything that I had asked for with a price that was fair and did not warrant any negotiations. I felt that he was sincere and that his manager was as well. I called my wife and told her this story and she was sold as well, so we made the deal. Mr. Lakovic told me it would take a couple of hours to prep the car and get the paperwork ready as well as turning in my current Genesis. He offered me a loaner car but I waited for my car to be out of the service department so that I could go home have lunch with my wife and take out our personal belongings from the car before returning it to the dealership. When we returned Mr. Lakovic delivered the new car to us and went through every feature of the car including setting up my wife's phone. We were offered an excess wear and tear policy which was explained to us in a professional way leaving the choice to us. We took it. In short, if it wasn't for the professional and sincere manner of Mr. Lakovic I would not have made the purchase today.
