When the key that was left for our condo watcher in Boca was misplaced and we were thousands of miles north in Canada, Sadko arranged for a new key to be cut and when it arrived he personally saw that it was mailed to our condo watcher. It was a big relief for us because our car needed to be moved and it was imperative that the key be replaced.. Wow! In addition to showing us 4 pre-owned vehicles that might "fill the bill", he also had us test drive a new vehicle I had thought about... a 2014 Tucson. Since we had never purchased a pre-owned vehicle, he took the time to carefully explain the carry-over warrantees, etc... and shared all the original owner vehicle maintenance with us, and answered all our questions. We were quite satisfied with his friendliness AND his professionalism, and with the car as well. As a result, we walked out today with our brand new (to us!) pre-owned low-mileage Hyundai Santa Fe. We would definitely return to this dealership and deal with the same consultant. More
