My girlfriend & I were promptly greeted by Mr. Savino, he arranged for the car to get in quickly and provided us with coffee & donuts. Mark was extremely helpful with his service. All questions were answered clearly and his knowledge about the brand and car was over the top. First let me say WOW!!. We were using another dealer closer to our home but were in delray one Saturday visiting friends so we figured we would get a oil change. We brought our Acadia in for service and closer to our home but were in delray one Saturday visiting friends so we figured we would get a oil change. We brought our Acadia in for service and was greeted by Brian. He was very personable and quickly got our car serviced. As we were leaving he thanked us for our bussiness and gave us his card and told us his cell phone was on there and to call "when ever we need anything day or night". We left not thinking twice about it until 3months later why we're on a trip to Orlando. About 8:00 pm on Friday the car starts to have trouble starting. Not sure what to do we call aaa only to find out we did not renew. So in a panic my wife calls the number on the card brian had given us. At this point it is well after 9:00 and the car will not start. Brian answers which was the first shock and the proceeds to find us a tow truck in our area while waiting for the tow truck he called to check on us and as we were talking we mentioned we had not found a hotel for the night, brian then puts us on hold when he comes back on the line he has numbers for two hotels close to us. Our car was towed to 24hour service center,fixed and we stayed at the hotel that brian had found for us! Talk about above and beyond. He now has a customer for life! More
Mark took great care of me. I had to get to work by 3pm. He got a couple of guys on it asap.
