This time, I needed my air conditioner looked at and fixed; Mark Willis did not heistate to get me in as soonbas possible and offered me the use of a loaner care without hesitation. Service was completed within the day and I was given the option of returning the loaner and picking up my car either that same evening or the next morning - which ever was most convenient for me. As a mother of 3 young children and working fulltime, I really do appreciate the cooperation and convenience Mark Willis always affords me when I need service. More

Imagine my surprise when I brought my car in for service and Brian Savino was no longer there to help me. Brian is by far the most helpful friendly service person I have ever met. I have been with Brian since he was at Ralph Buick over 20 years ago. The person at your dealership who "tried" to help me was rude and unfriendly. I immediately said no thank you, took my car and went home. I then got on the phone and made some calls to find Brian. And find him I did. I now have to drive farther but I know it is worth it. I will be spreading the word to my family and friends so they will know where to find Brian. How could you be so unconcerned about your service ratings that you let him leave? More

Mark Is a great Service Adviser! Last time I came in for an oil change he noticed that my rear tires were getting worn, he suggested we rotate them so they would last longer.
