I called the dealership on a Monday afternoon for an oil change and general check-up on my 2010 GMC Terrain. Bob Heinsohn was able to schedule an appointment for me that same afternoon. I had some general questions about the car which Bob answered for me. The whole procedure was accomplished with a short wait on my part. The waiting area was comfortable. my car would not start and because i did not have jumper cables dave offered to have the guys come to the cars location and jump the vehicle. it saved me either a jumper cable purchase or a tow. both much cables dave offered to have the guys come to the cars location and jump the vehicle. it saved me either a jumper cable purchase or a tow. both much less attractive solutions. the were there within minutes and he also offered me to do the oil change at the same time. he had me in and out of the dealership with in minutes and gave me a ride back to work.
