Dellen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

I had all four of my tires rotated. As I was coming home, I heard a knocking sound that got louder as I pulled into my garage. I called Dellen Service Center and they asked me to bring As I was coming home, I heard a knocking sound that got louder as I pulled into my garage. I called Dellen Service Center and they asked me to bring my Jeep back to the service center. I made an appointment for 9am the next day as I was afraid to drive back to Dellen Service. When my husband got home from work, I asked him to check my tires. He check the left front and noticed the lug nuts were not tighten correctly. He tighten the lug nuts that tire and all the other three tires.When I went back to Dellen service for my appointment, I told them what had happened with my tire, they had a service tech re-check each tire. My husband had the same problem with his tires with another company and he totaled his car. Thank goodness that did not happen to me. More
