Dellen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

I purchased a Rear Window for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler because the rear defrost didn't work. While still under warranty of the new rear window. I took it back to Dellen because it to had never worked. I was told after I dropped off my vehicle and lost a day of having a vehicle that they could replace the rear window again but it will have the same issues as the one they installed. I think that I should have a refund for the money spent on replacing a window that will not work effectively. I have not yet heard back from Dellen Service about this window that still does not work. I think they should have offer me a full refund instead of telling me that another window will not work. I have been coming to Dellen for decades..... They are great but it’s frustrating when you make an appointment and others come in after you for the exact same service and they are finished way before you.
