The reception, the drop-off of my car and the shuttle service were nice and friendly.(Kyle Rice) Unfortunately the pickup was no longer good, quite the opposite. The headliner had not been installed correctly and was sagging and there was a gap to the headliner on the rear right pillar. So I gave my car back straight away and it went back to the workshop. After maybe an hour my car came back from the workshop and was parked. After some time had passed, an employee who saw that I was still sitting there waiting for my car handed me my car back. Not a word was said about the incident, no one apologized for it and there was still a gap, this time a little smaller. It's a real shame that my car won't be returned in the same and proper condition in which it was handed over and it's very surprising that no one checks that everything is in proper condition before handing it over.
