We took our 2024 Dodge Hornet RT in for a safety recall; the backup camera was not working as it should. They called and said we were all fixes. Only for a day then the backup camera started acting up again the backup camera was not working as it should. They called and said we were all fixes. Only for a day then the backup camera started acting up again. It sometimes didn't come at all just a blank screen. Then sometimes it would stay on after we put it in drive for approximately 10 seconds. It is also randomly changing from the radio to Andro auto go figure. More

I spent an hour there and they couldn’t do the job! I had to go find the service writer to find out that they couldn’t do the work He told me it was my car and it wasn’t able to be done!!! I won’t be doing any more business with Dellen Jeep again and I will tell everyone that I can to stay away for them Not only are they rude but they can’t fix your car I would love for this company to be sanctioned or penalized by Stellantis !!!
