Great first time there. Pulled in before I got out of the car I was greeted and asked how they could help me. Process took less than 3 minutes, and they were very busy. Took our new truck to the service dept. but not all the work was done that was promised. Had to go back a second time. Left message for Service Manager (Chuck Oliver), but evidently he does but not all the work was done that was promised. Had to go back a second time.
