Above and Beyond I went in for a typical oil change + a tire rotation. I have a coupon for $5 off, but the man forgot to apply it to my receipt. Unacceptable but the dealership made it right I was overcharged for an oil change. I made an appt for 5pm and was told that the 4:30 slot was open so I should be out quickly. The guy said they had been busy and apologized for my wait. He then charged me $64.99 for the oil change and tire rotation. I told him I had received a coupon that said the everyday low price was $49.99. He wasn't buying it and told me that the tire rotation was an extra $10. I paid the bill and stated I would be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I received a call from the service manager after I filled a survey out negatively and he made it right with me. More
