Took vehicle in for oil change, unable to look at another issue vehicle was have. Made an appointment for that. Took them over 2 hours before the vehicle was looked at even with an appointment. Found out the issue vehicle was have. Made an appointment for that. Took them over 2 hours before the vehicle was looked at even with an appointment. Found out the issue, had to order parts. Said would be 3 days for it to come in. It’s been almost 3 weeks and no phone call. Called service dept , no answer twice. Front desk took my name and number and no return call yet after 2 days! Not happy with their service department. More
