Failed to do proper diagnostic on my transmission and was told everything was fine. The noises that brought me to dealer were still there when I picked up my truck. 2nd time in was told they hadn't done a fu told everything was fine. Since I have extended warranty here I was stuck. 2nd diagnostic proved a new transmission was needed. Replacenent transmission arrived defective. I am now at 2 weeks without my truck. More

I am very displeased with my experience in the Dellen Parts Department. I ordered a part for my GMC reverse light. The parts worker Zach Guzman, was rude, unprofessional all 3 times I had to deal with Parts Department. I ordered a part for my GMC reverse light. The parts worker Zach Guzman, was rude, unprofessional all 3 times I had to deal with him. I showed him a picture of my missing rear reverse light. He said he would call me once received. He failed to do so! I went to pick it up, he was again rude, demanded I return to old part. This was in front of another parts person sitting at the table. I left pissed! I got the part to replace it he had ordered the incorrect part. I returned, he snatched my receipt, didn't apologize for his error and reordered the correct part. He did call me as promised when it was received. Upon, pickup, rude again, didn't thank for for my inconvenience put the box on the desk and turned around. This person is a horrible representative of this dealership. I bought one vehicle from Dellen (Matt) and service 3 GM's at Dellen! More
I would have to say that Chad listened to my story about our vehicle went away out of his way to help us keep the car. However, my husband now knows that he will go to Dylan in Greenfield for all the oil changes and anything that is needed. He will never go anywhere else per my instructions as his wife of 22 years. I had a solenoid replaced. The labor fees were 90% of my final bill. I think the diagnostic fee should have been waived since I had the dealership do the work.
