Excellent customer service Came all the way from Baltimore to Delaware Cadillac based on their stellar reviews and they did not disappoint. I emailed about a vehicle and they go Came all the way from Baltimore to Delaware Cadillac based on their stellar reviews and they did not disappoint. I emailed about a vehicle and they got back to me promptly to set up a test drive. Scott Bernard met my wife and I at the door with the keys and off we went. Even tho the car was not a Cadillac, Scott was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. We got back to the office and was able to work out a deal without any back and forth, it was a no pressure environment. Once that was done, Jen Beamish went over all the financials and paperwork in a timely fashion and we were on our way with our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Delaware Cadillac and Scott Bernard to anyone looking for a pressure free car buying experience. Darryl France More
