The service techs discovered a serious issue during a routine service visit. It took a couple of days to get the part but I was provided a loaner car in the meantime. The repairs were completed under wa routine service visit. It took a couple of days to get the part but I was provided a loaner car in the meantime. The repairs were completed under warranty and the service charges were very reasonable. I will be staying with DeLand Kia for my service and purchase needs. Great dealership. I stopped in at 2:00 for service and the dealership was packed. I had a service appointment for 2:00. DeLand Kia’s sales and service staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Alex in the service department made it possible to up my appointment the same day for my oil change. The detail crew did a fantastic job on my car and was very affordable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the wait time, but when your service department is good, I guess it should be expected. Alex had the shuttle crew take me to local stores to pass the time. I was able to do my shopping while waiting for my car to get done and the detail job turned out great. I’m so happy I decided to go with DeLand Kia verses the others, their the best. Keep up the good work DeLand Kia. More
