I pulled up as a walk-in, and once that was stated, I was told "get out and go inside." Never have i been spoken to so rudely when coming to get service. Mr. Cruz was my service advisor. Today I was charged for a tire rotation and balance. I've been coming to this dealership for years since I purchased the vehicle and was told I am apart of some package and have never paid for those services. Suddenly, today is different. I was quoted and signed a price of $69. Once the service was complete I was will for $86. Looking over the bill I was charged for random hazardous disposal and part fees? It was a tire rotation and balance? I'm confused what warranted those charges. Despite that, Cruz didn't return my keys, or cash me out. After several minutes he comes back and says "here" and walked away. Left me to go find my own vehicle in the lot. Oh and I didn't get a milage due sticker on the car for the next oil change. Left feeling like crap. I've never had such an awful experience at this dealership. The only reason I still drive a Kia is for the Deland Service Department. I like in Daytona Beach, and drive the extra 20 minutes for this dealership. That single experience on 1/4/2024 has pushed to want to trade in the car and just go buy something else elsewhere. More
