The service tech spilled oil all over the engine and didn't clean it up. My 19 year old daughter got scared to death driving home when the car started smoking. She called and asked for a tow. The woman at the service desk reved the engine and said she couldn't find anything wrong. That they would give her another oil change for free. Meanwhile, nobody even popped the hood. Same thing happened on the road and she went back again. She had to have her boyfriend complain before anyone looked under the hood. Now the tech saw the problem and cleaned up, now the entire bottom of the car. Most of the day wasted AND you charged her the towing. We will not be back, lousy customer service. More
