Parts of my car we're coated with car oil. The door handle, inside the driver's side door, the steering wheel and the outside window of the driver side all had oil on them. I've been getting my car serviced at deland Kia since 2016 and I've never before had a mess like I got this last oil change. I wasn't going to say anything but then I thought why should I put up with the oil all over my car when that's not how I brought it in. Also the showroom people act like kindergarteners, loud, obnoxious and unprofessional. What happened to deland Kia? More
Assistant Manager in the service department lied to me by omission. He walked me to my vehicle at the end of service, did not go over what was done on the vehicle, I asked about the paperwork he said it omission. I left to run errands and it hit me “Something is wrong. They didn’t do something or they’re hiding something.” I came back to the dealership and spoke to Noah just to find out they did not rotate my tires like requested due to not having the tire key that did NOT come with the vehicle upon purchase. Went and did the alignment anyway without letting me know and then ordered the tire key without letting me know. I feel tricked and up until today, I have praised Deland Kia for its excellent service and honest work. I no longer feel comfortable sending my friends and family to have their vehicles worked on by their service department. To be clear - Deland Kia’s Sale Associates are amazing and deserve the highest praise. Their service department is lacking communication between the departments and burns customer relationships built by the sales team. More
