Service Department Lies. ...Took my car in for regular service. Original appt. went fine. They told me my battery showed very low and needed to be replaced. I was told that since I bought the car there, bought it new...with the various warranties, etc., that the battery would be replaced free of charge. I made an appointment, as instructed by John...but when I took it in Keith told me it would be $386 for the battery. Oops. No way would this be free. So they had to do regular maintenance check under warranty, so I guess they figured they'd get me to pay for something! Not happening. Can get the same battery elsewhere for a whole lot less. Original salesman Matt Rettinger is fantastic. Not so in service dept. More
