DeLand Kia’s sales and service staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Alex in the service department made it possible to up my appointment the same day for my oil change. The de above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Alex in the service department made it possible to up my appointment the same day for my oil change. The detail crew did a fantastic job on my car and was very affordable. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the wait time, but when your service department is good, I guess it should be expected. Alex had the shuttle crew take me to local stores to pass the time. I was able to do my shopping while waiting for my car to get done and the detail job turned out great. I’m so happy I decided to go with DeLand Kia verses the others, their the best. Keep up the good work DeLand Kia. More

This dealership only cares about you until they get your money. Once you purchase your vehicle, they do not care about your satisfaction. There is a reason they have a long warranty, you will need it and money. Once you purchase your vehicle, they do not care about your satisfaction. There is a reason they have a long warranty, you will need it and don't expect the service department to address your concerns or deal with you in a professional manner. They are dishonest all the way from their sales department to their service department. Save your money and go elsewhere! More

Ive purchased 2 new vehicles and 1 used vehicle from this dealership. The 2016 sorento i bought new from here has needed 3 door handles replaced. Each time on the same door. I went in to get it replaced for dealership. The 2016 sorento i bought new from here has needed 3 door handles replaced. Each time on the same door. I went in to get it replaced for the 4th time and they said they couldnt do anything for me since its out of the warranty period(Im 4k miles over). Its a good thing for me because I will be trading up my 2014 mazda 3 to the new 2020 k5 and now I know that they certainly only care about the sale and not the service afterwards. Shameful customer no service. I will be spending my money elsewhere. The sales staff was very accommodating. But after that youre on your own. Sorry Derrick Wright, but a $40 door handle just cost you a $30k sale! LoL! More
