Very poor customer service. 1- When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist could not answer basic questions. Thing is, he never even called back. 2- When I got there, I told Derick I had called him and left a voice mail message, there was no apology. His response was just a nonchalant, "You did?" 3- The chat service that Kia uses to communicate with them is not helpful because they say they will pass on my info, but nothing happens. Oh, this worked one time - when Ashley called in response to an online chat a day or 2 prior to my appointment. So, that offered a ray of hope, which was dashed when I got there (see above). 4- The service is done but I am not sure what was done because I am not shown the work: I can only take their word for it since I am merely getting a verbal explanation. Also, to hear, "If the check engine light comes back on, we may be able to look into it for free." That does not elicit confidence. Plus, if the check engine light does come on, they should be doing the work for free. Well, lo & behold, the check engine light came on last week. My dad went there on my behalf; he did not get the assurance that they would do the work for free - and to pay $235 upfront with that uncertainty seemed exorbitant to me. The service would be related to the work that was done in December, so I do not understand. I will go to a different dealer even though it will be out of my way - and even if they end up having the same policy regarding the diagnostic. That is how huge basic customer service is for me and that is how stressed I am about this experience. I don't even want my next car to be a Kia for this reason. More

Jorge did a fabulous job of listening to my concern, not dismissing me, but assuring me that it would begin to function quickly. His professional and kindness de-escalated my apprehension. He is an exceptional customer service person. Within 2 miles of leaving your shop, everything began to work normally. I will definitely return for any future needs I have and will recommend your service to all. More
