Two hours for an oil change is quite inappropriate with a scheduled reservation. Not only did I have to follow up myself, I had to remind them about 2 issues. It was very busy that day and hardly any seating was available for customers. I realize it was a free oil change, but I paid a full service policy and now I question my expense I own other vehicles, and they certainly don’t take two hours to get an oil change. As a first time buyer of a used vehicle from Kia, I’m pretty uncomfortable with the situation and don’t feel that I can praise anything at this time. More
