I had to wait way too long for service. My CARFAX tells me I needed tires rotated. That wasn’t the case. Instead I need new rear brakes and rotors. Costly. I sat 3-1/2 hrs! I made a appt to address a recall for a fuse. after arriving, i was told, that the fuse was not in stock and that i needed to come back next week. its a 55 mile round trip to come to your store. after arriving, i was told, that the fuse was not in stock and that i needed to come back next week. its a 55 mile round trip to come to your store. i'm amazed that you have to special order a SIMPLE little part for a recall item. i don't see the logic of wasting your time twice and my time twice. im betting when i return, there will be another excuse.
