My service advisor is fabulous (Derrick Kus). I have an issue with the online scheduling. One, when I pull in they always ask if I have a appt. Do they not get this information? Two, when you I have an issue with the online scheduling. One, when I pull in they always ask if I have a appt. Do they not get this information? Two, when you type in what service(s) you are looking for, no one reads that. I asked for 4 new tires and no one had a clue. I asked the woman that answered the phone (thank goodness I called to confirm) if they get the information off of the online scheduling and she said no. Why??? More
