Was in for periodic oil change, tire rotation, and a recall. I expected it to take longer than usual so I left the vehicle with a request for a call when it was ready. I received a call quickly, however it was to upsell me for a 'dead' battery (I never had an issue with), flush the brakes, and another service (I forgot what). When I arrived there was a huge rush of cars like I have never seen. I was still helped in 5 minutes of my arrival. The service expert was very kind and kept their composure not showing it was overwhelming never seen. I was still helped in 5 minutes of my arrival.
