When I bought the car I had all 4 valve covers. After picking up my car from tire repair I had only 3. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:00 AM, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting until 4:00 PM. The dealership at Kia gave me a false report about my brakes (giving the actual green light on how good they were) and I asked them twice if my brakes we truly okay and they stated they were good for an brakes (giving the actual green light on how good they were) and I asked them twice if my brakes we truly okay and they stated they were good for an extra year. That was less than a month ago. Not only was my caliper damaged, my rotor was grinded down just as much as my brake pads on BOTH SIDES. DeLand Kia has cost me more than I've had to spend on this car and their help was apathetic throughout my whole experience. More
