Made an appointment for an oil change & showed up on time. Car wasn't taken in until 1.5 hours later! Excuses given but, customer should be given option to reschedule. Also, why doesn't oil change incl time. Car wasn't taken in until 1.5 hours later! Excuses given but, customer should be given option to reschedule. Also, why doesn't oil change include tire rotation, anymore? Seems as if Deland Kia is not really offering services to purchasers quite the way they used to. More
