The only reason this I’m not a one star review is because we don’t have to struggle to have them cover the warranties items. But every oil change takes hours! We bought a 2013 soul and oil changes were quick we don’t have to struggle to have them cover the warranties items. But every oil change takes hours! We bought a 2013 soul and oil changes were quick and easy. Not they take hours and my wife gets harassed with a bunch of overpriced sales attempts for parts and services. We just had the sunroof replaced. When my wife got it back there was tape residue all over the roof and dirty finger marks on the interior. She took it back and the did a 90% clean up. What ever happened to 110% in this country? All of this after the sales man took a ADHD straight as racism. I highly doubt we will be back unless things turn around before we upgrade again. Might be soon since we own a 2021. More

Our 2020 Kia Telluride is still not fixed even though the service department says nothing is wrong. The ac compressor and the evaporator was fixed, when the car is started the compressor clutch does not enga service department says nothing is wrong. The ac compressor and the evaporator was fixed, when the car is started the compressor clutch does not engage right away, it either takes 4 to 5 minutes to engage or a certain rpm. Made an appointment for an oil change & showed up on time. Car wasn't taken in until 1.5 hours later! Excuses given but, customer should be given option to reschedule.
