It took nearly 3 weeks to get my car fixed. Your service manager only returned 1 of my calls and that was after week 1. I left messages for 3 straight days and wasn’t provided an update. More

They are on top of the maintenance by milage because they stay trying to sell me their best packaged deals which btw not the employees fault but the rich man at the top of kia can make things a lot more affo More
