I went in to get an estimate for one of my 4 windows that is broken and won't roll up. Bree said it would be $195.00 for the estimate. When they called me and told me the estimate I couldn’t believe my ears is broken and won't roll up. Bree said it would be $195.00 for the estimate. When they called me and told me the estimate I couldn’t believe my ears The estimate was outrageous! The quote was doubled from one of the windows I had repaired previously from another mechanic near me. When I came back to pay the estimate it increased to $230.00 which is $35.00 more from what I was told. When I got home I noticed my car headliner was filthy dirty. I guess the mechanic didn’t wash his hands when he got into my car after repairing it. I called and left a message for the manager and he never returned my call. I had to go back in so they can clean what they dirtied. I have been a loyal customer of Kia for years but I can say that I will never return back there again. Signed I learned my lesson. More
