I booked my appointment online and I booked the tire rotation and oil change combo. When I got to the dealership, they seemed not to understand that was a service offered online, meaning a bundled pack rotation and oil change combo. When I got to the dealership, they seemed not to understand that was a service offered online, meaning a bundled package. At least two service people didn't understand and then when I picked the car up, I had the 5k service which was an oil change and tire rotation. Your service people should be better trained and stop sending surveys. More
