This started out as one of the best experiences I have had with a KIA dealership until I was called to pay a difference in the payoff of my trade-in. I wasn't upside down and clearly said before stepping foot into the dealership I would not be putting a down payment of any sort. This is what this feels like... a down payment or a blunder now that I have to fix the dealership made to the previous lender. The car has been in my possession for almost a week and to find this out and see a receipt which was just sent to me that says DOWN PAYMENT is disenheartening. For the amount of the purchase - KIA clearly could have taken care of this. More
