Worst Place Ever Horrible heartless people! They bully and lie to get you to pay the biggest dollar amount. I guess that's the definition of a car salesman but these Horrible heartless people! They bully and lie to get you to pay the biggest dollar amount. I guess that's the definition of a car salesman but these people were ****ing ridiculous. Definitely know your stuff before you go to this place they have about 10 different ways to screw you and don't care if you can afford the payments or not. And when I say they lie, I mean they actually tell you what you want to hear and put what they want on your contract. They'll push papers at you mentioning the small stuff and leaving out the big stuff. Then when you get home and actually review the contract and realized you got screwed, they'll tell you there ain't **** you can do about it because you signed it. Lesson learned for me but BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Corporate will definitely be hearing from me, I don't think they'll like to know that these type of people are representing them as a company. More

Bait and Switch I found a vehicle on Car Guru and spoke to a representative of Deland kia. I was told that the vehicle was available. After driving 90 minutes and ar I found a vehicle on Car Guru and spoke to a representative of Deland kia. I was told that the vehicle was available. After driving 90 minutes and arriving at Deland Kia, the salesperson told me that they were sorry but although the vehicle technically was not sold, I would not be able to see it because it was at auction. They said it was brought there that morning. (I spoke to the person in the afternoon) They then attempted to show me other vehicles that were no where near the deal originally advertised. This to me, is the old bait and switch maneuver. I find this to be unethical and bad business practice. I immediately left. I will however, rate this dealership on every site rating opportunity I can find. I dont appreciate driving my family 90 minutes to be treated this way. More

MONICA LEWIS WHO THEN INFORMED US THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR US . ALSO WE ONLY RECIEVED ONE KEY AND ONE REMOTE AND SHE ALSO STATED THAT THEY GOT THE VEHICLE LIKE THAT AND THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE A KEY OR REMOTE EITHER ! SHE STATE WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AT A GREAT DEAL . WHICH IN TURNED I SAID THATS NOT THE ISSUE I HAVE TO STILL PAY FOR THIS VECHICE . ( it not like they give me this car ) I THEN AGAIN CALLED AND THIS TIME THE GIVE THE RUN AROUND . AFTER WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 45 MIN . THEY SAID SHE WAS NOT IN ( FUNNY THAT WHEN WE CALL TO BUY THE VEHICLE SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE LOL WHAT A JOKE . THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST !!! AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS THEY CHANGED THE BATTERY . AND RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SERVICE DEPTMENT IT TURN OFF . THEY ALSO STATED THAT THE BATTERY WAS BURNiING AND COULD HAVE EXPLODE NOTE ( NOT MY WORDS THERE SERVICE MAN WORDS TO US ! ALSO THERE USED CAR MANAGER (DOUG SOMETHING OR OTHER ) WAS RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . WHO REFUSED US A KEY OR REMOTE THE ONLY REASON THE GIVE US A BATTERY WAS BECAUSE WE INFORMED THEM THAT WE WHERE GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL WHICH IS OUR RIGHT I WILL NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM DELAND KIA . After researching the vehicle and fair prices online, the offer was just right. The staff at the dealership were very friendly, especially Monica's assistant Katrina. She was really nice and really enjoyed showing off the features of the car, as well as preparing everything involved in the sale. Someone on the sales team even popped some fresh popcorn for my daughter. Overall, the sales staff was great, and the entire purchasing process went very smooth. We were at the dealership pretty late into the evening, but Roberto and the entire DeLand KIA team stayed late and maintained their courteous and helpful demeanor the entire time. I was surprised when the SOUL I purchased was completely and perfectly ready for me by the time all of the paperwork was finalized. Additionally, the follow-up from Roberto and the DeLand KIA team, has been great! I really feel like they have my back and will be there for me throughout the entire length of time I own my KIA SOUL.
